Directions for Use:

Full Strip Preparation:

Strip floor with Ecolab brand floor finish stripper/remover at recommended use dilution. Rinse well and let dry.

Scrub and Recoat Preparation:

Scrub and recoat with Ecolab brand neutral or alkaline floor cleaner following product instructions. Rinse and let dry.

Sealing the Floor:

A sealer is not normally required with Matte Floor Finish. If a sealer is desirable due to floor porosity or for protection against staining spills, apply one or two coats of Ecolab brand sealer to a fully stripped floor.

Application:

Apply Matte Floor Finish in heavy-to-medium coats (application rate 1500-2000 sq. ft./gallon – 45 to 60 m2/L).The average dry time will be 30-40 minutes. Dry time will vary based on thickness of coat, temperature, humidity and ventilation.

Maintenance:

Dust mop. Autoscrub or damp mop with Ecolab brand neutral floor cleaner. Spray buffing or burnishing is not recommended.
