Effective Against/On:

MAXX Matte Phazer Durable Floor Finish is a durable satin floor finish for use where a low maintenance program is desired. The durability and ease of use helps lower overall maintenance costs.

Customers with newer flooring substrates that require lower gloss

Any accounts looking for a satin gloss, low maintenance program

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care units within acute and LTC accounts

Directions for Use:

1. Put gloves and goggles on.
2. When ready to apply MAXX Matte Phazer Durable, pour the contents of Part B into Part A.
3. Mix vigorously by shaking the bag for at least 60 seconds.
4. Place bag in the Phazer backpack and apply as you would any conventional finish.
5. Once mixed, MAXX Matte pot life will be six to eight hours.

Additional Notes:

• Must use MAXX Floor Stripper to strip finish
• Do not use on wood, linoleum, concrete, natural stone or ceramic tile
