Uses/Solutions:

Required to remove FACILIPRO MAXX Durable Floor Finish.

Use on vinyl and vinyl asbestos floor tiles, ceramic tile, terrazzo and concrete floors.

DO NOT use on linoleum, rubber, marble or wood floors.

Effective Against/On:

Heavy floor finish build-up.

How To Use

DIRECTION FOR USE (For Removing MAXX Durable):

  1. Apply solution liberally with mop and allow solution to dwell for 20 minutes (5-7 coats) or 30 minutes (7+ coats). Do not allow solution to dry – add more as needed.
  2. Scrub thoroughly with a high productivity floor pad.
  3. Pick up with wet vacuum, auto scrubber or mop.
  4. Ensure removal of residue by rinsing floor thoroughly with clean water or Ecolab neutralizer.
  5. Pick up with wet vacuum, auto scrubber or mop.
  6. Rinse floor with clean water and allow floor to dry completely before applying Ecolab floor finish.

MAXX Durable DILUTIONS:

  • 1:4 Heavy Build

DIRECTION FOR USE (For Removing Conventional Finishes):

  1. Apply solution liberally with mop and allow solution to dwell for 10 minutes (allow 15 minutes fr heavy build-up). Do not allow solution to dry – add more as needed.
  2. Scrub thoroughly with black pad or stripping brush.
  3. Pick up with wet vacuum, auto scrubber or mop.
  4. Ensure removal of residue by rinsing floor thoroughly with clean water or Ecolab neutralizer.
  5. Pick up with wet vacuum, auto scrubber or mop.
  6. Rinse floor with clean water and allow floor to dry completely before applying Ecolab floor finish.

CONVENTIONAL DILUTIONS:

  • 1:8 Heavy Build-up (10+ coats) / highly burnished finishes
  • 1:10 - 1:15 Medium build-up
  • 1:16 - 1:24 Light build-up
